Job Description
► You will support implementation of innovative processes and capabilities in the area of Transport Management
► You will participate in the rollout of new Transport Management Functionalities and Processes for Suppliers and Production Plants: cover whole implementation process including initial contact, introduction and training of processes and consultation until the stabilization phase of the respective processes
► You will train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes and use respective IT systems (SAP, Supply On, Intrack, Eurolog)
► You will monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
► You will have intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
► Proficiency in written and spoken English
► Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry
► Extensive business experience in supplier collaboration and transport management
► Advanced knowledge in SAP SD and/or LE and/or MM
► Ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes and present them towards stakeholders
► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
► Good communication skills, training and moderation skills
► Ready to work in an international environment and willingness to travel nationally and internationally from time to time
