UX/UI Designer - Clyde Team

Our partner Clyde is a Zurich-based corporate start-up, offering flexible car subscriptions with a focus on electric mobility. Clyde is dedicated to fulfilling its promise of "Your car in Easy". By working diligently to track down the best car models, putting together the best pricing offers, and organizing everything in the background (all digitally) for everyone that wants to stay mobile and flexible at the same time, Clyde offers an alternative to buying, renting, leasing, and ride-sharing.

What has started as an innovation project by AMAG, the biggest automotive company in Switzerland, has become one of the fastest-growing Swiss corporate startups.

Together with our partner we are  are looking for a:

UX/UI Designer

to join the Clyde team in Serbia to further develop the product portfolio and drive growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user interfaces using Figma, focusing on enhancing the user experience.
• Implement and test design, consistently iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Conduct and apply insights from user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure designs align with these goals.
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs across various digital platforms.

Your profile:

• Minimum of four years experience in UX and UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other UX design tools and software
• Strong understanding of the test & learn methodology and its application in UX design
• Experience in user research, including conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• A solid grasp of user-centered design, responsive design, and an understanding of accessibility and usability practices
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting ideas and receiving constructive feedback
• A passion for UX, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends and technologies
