C++ Simulation Engineer - Blue White team

BWR is building a revolutionary RaaS (Robot-as-a-Service) platform and on that note, together we are looking for a:

C++ Simulation Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Involvement in the requirements definitions and development of a photorealistic physical robotic 3D simulation
• Creating APIs between the simulation robotics softwares.
• Collaboration with the Software Developers and Hardware Engineers to develop a digital twin of a robotic vehicle.
• Incorporating Software-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop methods
• Setting up and managing infrastructure for continuous testing of the robotic algorithms
• Examining models and algorithms, and be part of the efforts for their constant improvement

Your profile:

•  In-depth understanding of mechanics and kinematics along with linear algebra and 3D geometry
• 4+ years of practical software engineering experience in C++
• Experience in the field of Robotics/Automotive
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / SW Engineering / EE or related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with navigation and control
• Experience in ROS/ROS2 robotics development
• Hands-on experience in robotic simulation development using one or several of these: Gazebo/ Nvidia Isaac / VRep/ SimMechanics or similar
• General knowledge of Automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, etc.) Robotic sensors and components: LIDAR, Cameras, ultrasonic sensors, Motors, Servos, Linear actuators
