At our Belgrade, Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Cacak and Nis offices we are running a number of challenging projects for well-known international companies which are leaders in Software, Telecommunication, Insurance, Finance, IoT, Crypto and Logistics industries (and some of those are on the Fortune 500 list!). We receive an increasing workload from our clients, aim to have long-term relationships with them and therefore are always in a need of hiring more people skilled with automation skillset.

To achieve that, we are seeking a talented QA Performance Engineer to work in testing a complex application that provides unified management of video and audio endpoints as well as other features accountable for people connection and collaboration. Unified management features include license management, monitoring, conference scheduling and provisioning of video infrastructure products and third-party endpoints within your environment. You would work in a Scrum team alongside other QA and Development professionals to assure we are delivering the best products to our customers.

- creation and maintenance of performance test plans
- utilizing JMeter load testing software to inject load
- analyzing metrics from application and simulating system behavior to improve the performance and reliability of applications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
What skills do I need?
- Performance testing experience
- Experience with JMeter
- Knowledge of Groovy
- General testing knowledge
- Basic networking knowledge

- Basic knowledge of communication protocols (like SIP, H323)
- Experience in Agile environment
