About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
About Agile team: We are a small virtual team of Agile Masters sitting in Serbia and Germany that is responsible for driving change inside BDO in regards to agile methodology. Our goal is to drive organizational change through agility, coach and mentor on agile methodology and nurture culture and growth mindset.

Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will be responsible for establishing and introducing agile methodology and agile frameworks to individuals and teams inside BDO through either trainings or consulting ► You will have the opportunity to consult, mentor and coach on agile processes and methods ► You will have the opportunity to guide BDO teams and individuals in implementing agility in their everyday work, by understanding their current setup and proposing and consulting on future steps and improvements ► You will be coaching team members and guiding their understanding of agile principles and values, and fostering and promoting self-organization ► You will be actively shaping and driving organizational change process together with the Agile Master team ► You will foster feedback and continuous development for individuals and teams ► You will support ongoing team development by working closely with teams on understanding the current level of team/individual skillset and enabling team development by organizing workshops, or working with management on overall team development ► You will create transparency inside the teams, by proposing ways to enhance cross-functional collaboration with either introducing new agile tools or methods ► You will work with team members to understand and highlight impediments and recommend impediment handling ► You will implement regular retrospectives to check on the implemented process and feedback the improvements ► You will enhance efficiency by implementing empirical management (inspection adaption and implementation)

Qualifications
We are looking for someone to complete our small team of like-minded, challenge-seeking individuals that has patience and persistence when it comes to agile transformation and organizational changes and is ready to create their own path.
You would be a perfect match to our team if:
► You have experience in Agile methodology and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, etc) ► You are a role model for agile mindset and in dealing with change ► You have facilitation and moderation skills ► You have experience with feedback methods and are a pro-active feedback seeker and giver ► You are a strong, extroverted communicator ► You have a positive mindset with a strong problem-solving focus ► You are resilient and persistent to drive change and mindset shifts when working with either management or teams ► A plus would be if you have previous experience with agile transformation of a company/department ► You have conflict resolution and mediation skills ► You have self-reflection skills ► You have good English skills both written and spoken, German is a plus
