About project and team: We are searching for new team members who will have an opportunity to work on the exciting development of AIoT solution and a new digital sales model for Bosch Power Tools called MeasureON. As part of the team distributed on two locations (Serbia and Germany), you will have a chance to develop backend applications connected with Bosch Measurement 2D Scanner for construction sites. The main task of the project team is to digitalize construction sites. After scanning with physical tools construction space, mobile application should record and digitalize data in a web application for construction workers. MeasureOn helps to save time when measuring, documenting, and calculating quantities. It provides the benefit of flexibility and processing the data anywhere on all devices – on the construction site, at the office, on the move, or at home. Architecture-wise, we are using new technology - Azure, microservices, and controllers are written in Java. The frontend stack is based on React with fabric.js.
About team in Serbia: We are part of the Bosch Digital division. On our location in Serbia we are constantly growing and supporting Bosch in AIoT development and digital transformation. Job Description
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will support development teams with configuration and deployment on Cloud environment
► You will do coordination between development team and core platform team to ensure effective collaboration on cloud infrastructure topics
► You will create necessary environments @ Azure (all necessary services and resources), in collaboration with core platform team
► You will conduct performance analysis and identify optimization potential with implemented cloud infrastructure services
► You will support further development and implementation of system features (Perform release/deployment tasks)
► You will do maintenance of information regarding applications' health monitoring
► You will ensure high availability of Cloud platform services is maintained including close attention to incident, problem, change management with related solutions, implementation of monitoring and configuration management
Qualifications
Who you are?
► You have at least 2 years professional experience and knowledge in the field of Cloud Platform Operations/Development, system engineering or similar
► You have experience in build-up and management of software development environments (for e.g: Jenkins, GIT, Maven)
► You have good knowledge and experience of major IT Infrastructure Technologies (Container Technologies – Docker, Kubernetes, IT Security etc.)
►You have working experience with monitoring/logging tools
► You have experience in the field of agile development and application operation in Cloud environments (DevOps)
