Job title: Business Process & IT Integration Lead (m/w/d)
Location: Čačak, Serbia
We are seeking a motivated Business Process & IT Integration Lead who will act as a bridge between Group business needs and the local factory business, together with IT technical team. The role focuses on Project & Program Management, ERP & MES, Requirement Engineering & GAP Analysis, Change Management, Master Data Management, and communication across all levels of the organization.

The focus is not on development or infrastructure operations, but rather on managing projects, processes, and requirements, as well as actively shaping the digital transformation in the context of the site.
Job Description:
- Coordinate resources and activities between business and local plant IT: requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, deadlines and status tracking
- Create and maintain documentation: technical specifications, process diagrams, user communications, and manuals
- Risk management, obstacle identification, and proactive problem solving
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and business owners
- Daily collaboration with local IT to ensure requirements are correctly translated into tasks (tickets) without interrupting production
The desired candidate must possess knowledge in:
Project and Program Management
- Lead and manage site-specific IT projects
- Set up and manage project portfolios in coordination with Group IT
- Ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
Requirement Engineering & GAP Analysis
- Identify, analyze, and document requirements
- Conduct GAP analyses between local needs and global IT standards
- Coordinate implementation with central IT
Change Management & Communication
- Actively support change processes
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Support training and rollout activities, make training plans, and minimize production disruptions
Master Data Management & Process Governance
- Ensure data quality
- Establish MDM processes
- Support migration and harmonization efforts
Basic Understanding of IT and OT Infrastructure
- Collaborate with technicians and service providers
- Understand production-related IT/OT systems
- Ensure compliance with central guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in project management
- Experience with SAP and MES
- Knowledge of BPMN, etc.
- Experience in matrix organizations
Basic IT Knowledge
- Understanding of IT/OT systems
- Basic knowledge of networks, cloud/on-premise environments
- Familiarity with M365
- Basic project management (ITIL or agile frameworks like Scrum/Kanban; not mandatory but a plus)
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and software requirements (ticketing systems, ITSM, ERP/BP interactions)
- Organizational and time-management skills, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure
- CRM/ERP integrations and understanding of production business processes
