Data Security Analyst – Solutions Engineering Team

Summary

Telesign is seeking a Data Security Analyst – Solutions Engineering Team, with a strong technical background to design, maintain, and optimize internal analytics tools and dashboards. This role bridges data engineering, analysis and reporting, by leveraging Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and automation workflows to deliver actionable insights and scalable internal tools. The analyst will partner closely with the Sales and Solutions Engineering team while also supporting broader business needs.

In addition to building and automating analytics solutions, the Data Security Analyst will be responsible for Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and batch testing of Telesign services, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and value for internal stakeholders and clients.

This person will report directly to the Head of Solutions Engineering/GTM Enterprise and work on various strategic projects that require analytics.

This position is based in Belgrade.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full sales process and contribute by providing automation, tools, and insights that enable efficiency and scalability.
• Design and build automation templates for testing, reporting, and analytics.
• Deliver deep data insights and differentiation to Solution Engineers and sales teams.
• Build, maintain, and upgrade demo tools and internal solutions to support pre-sales engagements and proof-of-value conversations.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing tools, dashboards, and processes to ensure accuracy, usability, and adoption.
• Develop reusable reporting templates to standardize analytics across teams.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for monitoring KPIs, sales performance, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Lead and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and batch testing of Telesign services, ensuring reliability and customer impact.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and merging to prepare datasets for analysis and visualization.
• Partner with Product and Data Science teams to translate data services into clear, customer-focused analysis.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Proven ability to master new technology and application domains (e.g. web, consumer, enterprise, mobility).
• Ability to see and present "the big picture" through strong analytics and question-based skills.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for monitoring sales performance, pricing, KPIs, and customer behavior.
• Develop reusable templates to standardize reporting across teams.
• Perform data cleaning, merging, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis and visualization.
• Use of PowerBI (DAX), Tableau, Excel (formulas, VBA, pivot tables, macros) and other analytics tools are a must.
• Use of Python (pandas, automation) is a must.
• Using various coding languages is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
• “Start-up Style" creativity and execution and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.
• Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
