We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our office in Novi Sad, Serbia.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and engineering teams to execute digital campaigns, manage marketing projects, and create engaging content that supports our brand growth. You’ll assist with campaign performance tracking, help optimize user experiences, and contribute to marketing initiatives that reach a global audience. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their digital marketing skillset. Strong English proficiency is a must. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing projects from start to finish, coordinating with design, engineering, and other departments to ensure successful delivery
• Review assets created by design, and implementations by engineering for select marketing projects, providing feedback where necessary
• Create and edit content to support marketing campaigns, blogs, and other digital initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze select KPIs using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior patterns
• Identify landing page improvements and assist in optimizing user experience (UX)
• Support SEO initiatives and implement basic on-page and keyword optimization
• Help plan and organize marketing events and team initiatives
• Assist with internal organizational tasks and cross-team coordination
• Develop smaller marketing strategies to support ongoing and new campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role
• Strong English copywriting and verbal communication skills is a must
• Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with keyword research and optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and basic data interpretation
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, or social media platforms is a plus
• Experience coordinating or managing a team is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce or tech industry marketing preferred
• Collaborative mindset and willing-to-contribute to various ongoing projects across the marketing team is crucial
• Strong attention to detail skills and an eye for providing recommendations to asset or page design based on marketing best practices is important
• Must be able to travel to industry events on occasion
