IT Operations Associate

We are searching for a

IT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

in Belgrade, Serbia

You will be responsible for running and monitoring EOD batch automatic function in ORACLE FlexCube application, for various banks, members of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, internally/externally document manipulation and be a team member for various international ICT projects.

• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• “Can-do attitude”, oriented and devoted to achieving the goal
• Talent to easily connect and coordinate between different parties involved including work with external partners in international business environment
• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environment

• Advanced in English, written and spoken
• Previous experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and SQL
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly proactive, independent, and self-organized
• Energetic and cooperative team member, with good problem-solving skills
• Motivated and flexible
• Familiar with processes and products in financial industry (which will be considered as advantage)

• Making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Performs daily data exchanges
• Monitoring the operation of the data processing system
• Maintain internal documentation related to processes, statuses, and reports
• Be actively involved in project related activities through different project stages
