IT Operations Senior Engineer

For the good start, you will need:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT
• Advanced knowledge of Information technologie: SAN Infrastructure, Microsoft OS, MS Active Directory, Virtualization technology (VMware),
• Advantage is knowledge in: Linux OS, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat and IIS
• Python or any other programming language for system administration scripting
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Ability for team work
• University degree in the field of IT is advantage

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of all activities related to the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and support of IT systems and equipment, in order to support the business line.
• Ensuring business continuity of the Bank, through the monitoring of IT systems and services
• Proactive identification of operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
• Responsible for definition and improvement of internal processes
• Operational control of identity management and access rights control
• Participating in Planning of IT Infrastructure, RFP processes, including vendor selection and preparation of proposals for key decisions
• Compiles and executes all operational and administrative reporting
