During your internship:
- You will support the daily operations of a cloud-based integration platform used for developing and updating vehicle software and services.
- You will assist with handling incidents and service requests in our ticketing system, including collecting relevant information, updating tickets, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams under guidance.
- You will learn how to monitor cloud-based applications and connected devices, review alerts, and support initial troubleshooting using dashboards, logs, and documented procedures.
- You will assist with application, device, and customer service administration, following established processes and access permissions.
- You will help maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and step-by-step support instructions.
- You will work as part of an international team across Serbia and Germany, collaborating with support specialists, development teams, system architects, product owners, and service managers.
- You will develop practical skills in cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and IT service management, with support and guidance from experienced colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in information technology, computer science, communication technologies, or a related field.
- Interest in cloud technologies, IT operations, and technical troubleshooting, together with a willingness to learn.
- A structured approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented procedures.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
What can separate you from the crowd:
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts or exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure through coursework, personal projects, or previous experience.
- Basic scripting knowledge, for example in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, or an interest in automating repetitive tasks.
Previous professional experience is not required. Relevant coursework, personal projects, and a demonstrated willingness to learn are welcome.

Among the most notable projects are a system for warning about vehicles traveling in the wrong direction, helping to prevent accidents, a charging platform that simplifies locating, paying for, and managing the charging process for electric vehicles, and an application that enables the safe use of mobile phones connected to vehicle infotainment systems. * Praksa je plaćena po satu, a postoji i mogućnost hibridnog rada – dva dana nedeljno od kuće i tri dana iz kancelarije. * Kompanija ima dosta razumevanja za studente. U slučaju ispita, kolokvijuma ili drugih fakultetskih obaveza moguće je uzeti slobodno, uz prethodni dogovor sa menadžerom, što je velika prednost za studente koji još uvek završavaju fakultet. Radi se na stvarnom projektu i u internacionalnom timu, što pruža dobro iskustvo rada u profesionalnom okruženju i komunikacije sa kolegama iz različitih zemalja. Timovi su relativno mali, atmosfera u timu je prijatna, a kolege su korektne i spremne da pomognu. Radno okruženje nije previše stresno i postoji dobar balans između samostalnog rada i podrške tima. Postoji mogućnost rada sa savremenim tehnologijama i upoznavanja sa načinom rada u velikoj međunarodnoj kompaniji. U kancelariji postoji kantina za zaposlene, gde se može ručati po relativno pristupačnim cenama. Za rad od kuće postoji i novčana naknada za troškove korišćenja električne energije. Kompanija pruža mogućnost korišćenja Udemy kurseva, što je dobra prilika za dodatno učenje i profesionalno usavršavanje.
Zamerke
Kao i kod većine velikih korporacija, rad na projektu često zavisi od drugih timova koji su raspoređeni po različitim zemljama i vremenskim zonama. Zbog toga se na relativno male izmene ili rešavanje određenih zavisnosti ponekad može čekati duže vreme. Postoji veći broj korporativnih procedura i procesa koje je potrebno pratiti, što je razumljivo za kompaniju ove veličine, ali ponekad može usporiti svakodnevni rad. Rad u open-space kancelariji može biti izazovan kada je potrebno više koncentracije. Pošto se u prostoru održava veliki broj sastanaka, nivo buke ume da bude prilično visok. Na svakom spratu postoje zajedničke kuhinje i prostori za odmor sa sadržajima poput bilijara, stonog tenisa ili stonog fudbala. To je pozitivno sa aspekta druženja i pauze, ali pošto su ti prostori otvoreni, buka se prenosi i do radnih mesta i može otežati koncentraciju. Kompenzacija za praksu bi trebalo da bude viša, imajući u vidu obim posla i odgovornosti koje praktikant preuzima.
