IT System Engineer
Your future field of work
Within RT-RK Company, IT department has an important role to meet multiple business and technical requirements and provide a secure IT infrastructure. Its main goal is to plan, operate and support organization’s IT infrastructure and to enable business users to carry out their roles efficiently, productively and securely.
Your role would include:
  • Maintaining and managing IT server and storage infrastructure
  • Deploying VM for infrastructure services
  • Deploying and administering Windows/Linux OS on servers
  • Maintaining basic services, such as AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS, etc.
  • Administering additional services, such as web servers, database servers, etc.
  • Managing MS365 and Azure
  • Administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence)
  • Maintaining backup procedures
  • Testing and implementing recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
  • Creating and updating documentation for system configurations and procedures
  • Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues
  • Providing second-level support
Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc degree in the field of computer engineering or informatics
  • 2+ years of experience in System engineering and providing IT support in a professional environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux OS and basic services, such as AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS, etc
  • Understanding of networking concepts
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and hybrid environments
  • Advanced level of English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving abilities, as well as self-initiative and proactive approach

Upoznaj kompaniju RT-RK

Mi smo RT-RK i proizvodimo embedded softver.  Započeli smo ovu granu industrije pre 30 godina.

Embedded je softver putem kog tvoj ekran u kolima komunicira sa motorom ili čipovi u zvučniku sa ostatkom sistema pametne kuće. RT-RK radi najkompleksnije projekte u toj oblasti na svetu, ali više o tome kasnije.

Ponosimo se time da smo obrazovali preko 1000 inženjera u ovoj oblasti, od kojih velik deo još uvek radi kod nas. Sarađujemo s fakultetima u istraživačkom radu. Imamo mentorske programe, stipendije, i naši zaposleni kroz rad na inostranim projektima imaju priliku da iskuse rad u inostranstvu.

Sedište nam je u Novom Sadu od samog početka, a vremenom smo otvarali i odeljenja u Beogradu, Banjaluci i Osijeku.

Organizujemo različite letnje škole i prakse kako bismo pružili studentima priliku da se upoznaju sa industrijom i steknu prva iskustva. Tokom jula i avgusta organizujemo letnje škole u Novom Sadu i Beogradu iz embedded oblasti razvoja.

Osim toga, nudimo programe stipendiranja za studente na različitim nivoima studija. Stipendiramo i izradu završnih radova (BSc i MSc) ako izabereš neku temu sa spiska instituta RT-RK.
