Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) – German required

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us full-time as soon as possible.

We are looking for a marketing enthusiast to strengthen our team in Belgrade and take care of the diverse operational marketing tasks at netcare in collaboration with the German marketing team. The position is initially limited to 2 years.

You can look forward to a varied role at an IT service provider focused on digital solutions for enterprise customers. We are pragmatic, agile, and have been successful in the market for over 20 years. With nearly 100 employees in Germany and Serbia, we deliver projects for clients in e-commerce, the automotive industry, and the public sector. Our marketing has great potential, and you can make a significant contribution to developing it further in a structured, creative, and results-oriented way.

Your Tasks:

• Hands-on execution of a wide range of operational marketing tasks
• Creating and editing graphics as well as image and video materials
• Designing posts for our social media channels, presentations, and other communication materials
• Maintaining website content and optimizing it for search queries
• Planning and publishing posts across various channels
• Supporting the conceptualization, organization, and implementation of marketing campaigns

Skills you should have:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in operational marketing
• Very good German and English skills
• Creativity in content creation, e.g. designing graphics to illustrate our services
• Proficiency in common digital tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, or Canva, as well as video editing and image processing tools
• Enjoyment of operational work, a hands-on mentality, and an independent working style
• Experience with social media platforms, web analytics tools, and SEO/SEA/GEO

We absolutely don’t have anything against:

• Familiarity with the IT environment, the services sector, or a small or medium-sized company
• Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
