About This Role
We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven PPC Manager who specializes in e-commerce advertising to join our in-house marketing team. You will own a paid advertising strategy and execution across our four e-commerce clients on US market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systematically improving campaign performance through ongoing optimization, rather than reacting to issues after they arise.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, knowledge of marketplace advertising channels (eBay, Walmart,Amazon is a plus)
- Build and optimize Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for tire product feeds
- Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation across three brands
- Maximize revenue, ROAS, and order volume while maintaining cost-per-acquisition targets
- Coordinate multi-brand budget allocation with the Marketing Manager
Structured Campaign Optimization
Maintain a consistent and proactive optimization workflow across all accounts and brands.
Daily and Weekly Optimization
- Search term analysis and negative keyword management
- Bid adjustments and keyword performance evaluation
- Ad performance reviews and testing new variations
- Budget pacing and allocation adjustments
- Product feed quality monitoring and optimization
- Monitoring Quality Score drivers
Bi-Weekly / Monthly Reviews
- Account structure audits across all three brands
- Competitive and impression share analysis
- Conversion quality evaluation and ROAS trending
- Landing page performance review
- A/B testing analysis
- Google Merchant Center diagnostics and feed optimization
Quarterly Strategy Reviews
- Identify new campaign and channel expansion opportunities
- Seasonal strategy planning (spring/summer tire season, winter tire season, Black Friday/Cyber Monday)
- Review account structure and scaling opportunities across brands
- Evaluate brand tier advertising strategy (Tier 1–Tier 4 brand promotion priorities)
E-Commerce Campaign Optimization
Manage and optimize e-commerce advertising funnels, including:
- Google Search and Shopping campaigns
- Google Performance Max campaigns
- Meta acquisition and remarketing campaigns
- Microsoft/Bing Shopping and Search campaigns
- Marketplace advertising (eBay Promoted Listings, Walmart Sponsored Products)
Focus on improving:
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Revenue and order volume
- Conversion rates across product categories
Ad Creation & Testing
- Write and test ad copy across platforms with dedicated content writers
- Build and optimize product feed titles and descriptions for Shopping campaigns
- Continuously launch and monitor ad variations to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates
Landing Page & Creative Collaboration
Work with our in-house designers and developers to improve landing page and ad creative performance. Provide guidance on:
- Landing page messaging and conversion optimization
- Alignment between ads and landing pages
- Meta and display ad creatives (image and video)
- Product listing page optimization for paid traffic
Reporting & Communication
Provide clear reporting and insights to the Marketing Manager and company ownership through:
- Various dashboards and performance reports
- Weekly and monthly campaign summaries
- Performance recommendations and strategic proposals
- Professional and timely internal communication
Emerging Advertising Channels
Stay informed on developments in:
- AI-driven advertising and automated bidding innovations
- Conversational search ads and AI Overviews
- Emerging PPC and retail media platforms
- Help evaluate and test new channel opportunities
Required Experience
E-Commerce PPC Experience
- Minimum 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proven experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Experience with at least one additional platform (Meta, Microsoft Ads, or marketplace advertising)
- E-commerce advertising experience strongly preferred; tire/automotive industry experience is a plus
Process-Driven Campaign Management
Strong structured workflow for managing PPC accounts, including:
- Regular negative keyword management
- Quality Score improvement
- Ad testing frameworks
- Product feed optimization
- Ongoing optimization with clear documentation and task tracking
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Strong ability to analyze data and improve:
- Conversion rates and ROAS
- Cost per acquisition
- Ad engagement and click-through rates
- Campaign efficiency across multiple brands and platforms
Communication Skills
- Ability to clearly present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and company ownership
- Collaborative working style with in-house designers, developers,seo and content teams
Certifications (Preferred)
- Google Ads Certification
- Microsoft Advertising Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
