Product Designer (UI/UX)

Our client is a travel booking platform specializing in curated trips to exotic destinations, helping clients discover unique experiences around the world with ease and confidence

We are looking for a Product Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the client's product, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and engaging designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related fields
• A strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design abilities
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile app design, e-commerce
• Experience with frontend development basics (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to map out structure and interactions
• Create polished mockups, visuals, and style guides aligned with brand and design standards
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet goals and are technically feasible
• Present design ideas clearly and back them up with reasoning
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Refine designs based on user feedback and data insights to enhance UX
• Advocate for the user throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Join code reviews and support quality design implementation across the team
