Product Manager-Game Studio

We're seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in digital gaming platforms and remote gaming server technology to join our Digital Games Studio to enhance the digital gaming experience across digital platforms for lotteries. This new position will be charged with ownership of the Remote Gaming Server product, customer requirements, and future evolution. They will report into our Senior Director, Digital Games Studio and will have the opportunity to work with development teams, including project managers, developers, game design mathematicians, and quality assurance specialists, developing remote gaming server product features as well as opportunities to work cross-functionally with other teams in the organisation, key business stakeholders, and lottery customers.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering, prioritising, and advocating for customer requirements whilst aligning roadmap priorities with business and regulatory objectives.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and best-in-class remote gaming server technology.
• Drive product outcomes through customer-centric prioritisation and roadmap execution while keeping responsible gambling standards front of mind.
• Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and supporting product documentation for internal and external use.
• Translate and communicate platform capabilities, integration and technical product requirements, and product priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support development team preparation for successful Customer Acceptance Testing and Regulatory Testing cycles.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and future remote gaming server development to expand capabilities and improve customer value.
• Help define and evolve the long-term product strategy and vision for the Remote Gaming Server platform.
• Provide leadership through influence, fostering alignment and collaboration across technical, business, and customer stakeholders.
• Support business development, commercial, and account management teams by providing product expertise for customer communication, meetings, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Partner with Digital Games Studio stakeholders and account management throughout the product lifecycle to identify evolving customer needs, product opportunities, and product enhancements.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in the games, lottery, or iGaming industry.
• 5+ years' experience working with and collaborating with customers on product requirements.
• Deep understanding of lottery and iGaming platforms, including remote gaming server functionality, integrations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong product management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding and experience of product management principles, including product strategy, roadmapping, user research, and agile development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging market research, customer feedback, and data insights to drive product decisions.
• Experience in defining requirements and launching digital products and managing product lifecycles.
• Experience in designing new processes and developing product-related documentation.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA or similar tools.
