Quality Assurance Analyst (Financial Products)

TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its QA department: Quality Assurance Analyst

About QA Team:

QA team is engaged in manual testing of applications being developed at TeleTrader. Team members work closely with the developers in order to produce and deliver reliable applications.

Main Tasks:

• Analyze and validate financial data (e.g. quotes, indices, instruments, portfolios) displayed in TeleTrader applications for correctness, consistency, and completeness
• Evaluate new features and changes primarily from the perspective of financial data integrity and market logic
• Cross-check data shown in the UI against internal and external data sources (e.g. exchanges, feeds, reference datasets)
• Investigate discrepancies or anomalies in financial data reported by internal teams or users, and assist developers with reproducing and resolving the issue
• Support developers during the release cycle by validating how changes impact displayed financial content, and ensure market logic is preserved

Requirements:

• Education or strong practical background in Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields
• Solid understanding of financial markets, including instruments, market structures, and real-time data feeds
• Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail, particularly in identifying inconsistencies in financial data
• Fluent written and spoken English (German is a plus)
• High computer literacy and the ability to learn and navigate complex financial software tools
• Previous experience in data analysis, investment research, portfolio analysis, or similar financerelated QA roles is a plus
• Familiarity with QA processes is helpful, but this role prioritizes financial insight over technical QA test design
• Candidates with Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, or CFA certification will be given preference
