We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer - Team Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs. Senior Mobile Developer - Team Manager will be responsible for setting development goals, managing the daily operations of the team, and ensuring that software development projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for coaching team members to improve their skills, as well as monitoring team performance to ensure quality and productivity.
What will you do?
- Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business needs;
- Develop project plans and set development goals to ensure that they are aligned with the overall company strategy;
- Monitor team performance to ensure quality and productivity, and provide coaching to improve team members' skills and productivity;
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure that software development projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Ensure that team members have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively, including access to training, tools, and technology;
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project status, goals, and objectives;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency;
- Build a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team.
What skills do you need?
- Hands-on expertise in senior/lead software development, with a focus on mobile platforms, is a mandatory requirement;
- Preference for professional experience in team management and successful project delivery, especially in the realm of mobile software development;
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field;
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proven track record of steering software development teams to accomplish business objectives;
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly relevant to challenges encountered in mobile software development;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and oversee multiple projects concurrently, with a keen understanding of the mobile development landscape;
- Experience working within Agile or other software development methodologies;
- Proficient understanding of software development tools, technologies, and languages, with a specialization in mobile development.

Prijatan tim i rukovodstvo kompanije, lagana atmosfera za rad bez pritisaka i žurbe. Dosta poverenja prema zaposlenima još od prvog dana rada. Konkretno u c++ timu je projekat legacy, pa se više radio benchmarking, server tuning, pomoćne interne aplikacije - raznovrsan posao, nije samo čist development. Celokupno iskustvo sa poslodavcem je pozitivno, odnos prema zaposlenima super. Hibridni rad, dolasci u kancelariju/kod klijenta u zavisnosti od dogovora sa timom. Ima i ljudi koji nisu iz Beograda i rade potpuno remote.
Zamerke
Konkretno za Tyllo kao poslodavca nemam zamerke, zamerke prevashodno upućujem ka klijentu - slab i nesistematičan onboarding na kompleksan sistem, slaba dokumentacija i lični utisak da je tim prevelik za količinu posla koja treba da se obavi, pa smo često ostajali bez taskova ili delili jednostavne taskove na 2+ osobe, što je bilo neefikasno. Međutim, u trenutku kada sam napustila kompaniju bile su u toku akcije na strani klijenta da se ovi nedostaci poboljšaju, tako da je možda već sada situacija bolja.
