Key Tasks:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Manage campaign budgets and bids to achieve targets such as CPA, ROAS, revenue, or lead volume
- Develop and test audience, channel, creative, and landing page strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities
- Set up and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality or conversion tests
- Work with analytics and tracking setups to support reliable measurement and attribution
- Prepare performance reports and present results, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Advise clients on performance strategy, measurement, and budget allocation
- Participate in pitches, workshops, and new business initiatives
Your skills:
- Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience with campaign measurement, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue
- Analytical, data-driven mindset and confidence working with large data sets
- Ability to turn performance insights into clear optimization actions
- Independent, structured working style with strong consulting, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

Neprofesionalna najblaze receno. Pre 3 meseca je direktor firme u NS-u dosao i rekao vas osmoro postajete sledece nedelje tehnoloski visak, nebitno sto su tu vecinom ljudi koji su bili strucni i godinama lojalni, radili prekovremeno itd... Medju njima su bili i drupal developeri, sada 3 meseca kasnije traze drupal developera. Moje misljenje je da vrh firme stvara toksicno okruzenje.
