Senior UI/UX Designer

• Up to 30 USD per hour
• 100% remote

We're looking for a seasoned and detail obsessed Senior UI/UX Designer to join us on a part-time basis (approx. 10 hours per week to start). We offer an opportunity to have real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to make a visible impact on how our brand is perceived.

We care deeply about intuitive and modern design and want someone with the experience and instinct to make the right calls, ask the right questions, and deliver beautiful, conversion-smart web experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Web/UI design 
• Experience designing for tech startups, SaaS, or digital agencies
• A strong, modern portfolio that shows deep attention to detail and UX sensibility
• Experience working directly with business owners or in freelance/consulting roles
• A proactive mindset - you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
• Basic understanding of marketing and conversion-focused design
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Refresh and standardize our existing website - no full redesign, but a serious design polish
• Design a fresh, standout hero section for the homepage
• Refine spacing, typography, visuals, and overall UI consistency
• Add new sections or page elements where needed
• Bring designs to life with thoughtful animations and micro-interactions
• Provide high-level marketing and UX guidance to improve conversions
• Conduct a design audit and propose clear improvements by priority
