Software Tester - IT Technician

Position open in Belgrade, Serbia

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented IT enthusiast to join us and support our team by testing software and providing IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing new and/or updated features of the software;
Reporting precisely described bugs to development team;
Comparing output files of different versions of the software;
Assisting employees with minor IT related issues;
Hardware procurement;
Utilizing asset tags and tracking equipment via electronic documentation;
Investigating hardware-based network issues;
Installing Operating Windows Systems: Windows, Linux and macOS;
Installing and maintaining software on computers.

Qualifications:

Solid English language skills (writing, speaking and reading);
Good knowledge of Windows Operating system;
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word);
Good knowledge of hardware components;
Having a knack at diagnosing an issue;
Open-minded for learning new technologies and processes;
Experience with Command Line interface is a bonus;
Experience in software testing and/or IT support is a bonus.
