Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: SysOps Engineer for HPC and Simulation tools

Responsibilities

• Analyze workloads and suggest improvements in simulation workflows.
• Work with developers to optimize code for parallel processing and hardware efficiency.
• Monitor HPC clusters and nodes for performance, failures, and resource utilization.
• Manage job scheduling systems
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades (OS, drivers, libraries)
• Install, configure, and update simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, OpenFOAM, Abaqus, COMSOL)
• Maintain compilers, MPI libraries, debuggers, and other development tools
• Assist researchers, engineers, or scientists in using simulation tools and writing job scripts

About you

• At least 3+ years of working experience in SysOps or System Administrator role
• Experience of managing HPC architectures (clusters, GPUs, multi-core CPUs, interconnects like InfiniBand)
• Experience with Linux systems RHEL or other
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ANSYS, Digimat, Abaqus, MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with GPU-based computing and containerized environments
• Scripting language knowledge (ideally Bash)
• Good knowledge of Dockers
• You are proactive in problem solving and continuously seek efficiency improvements in simulation practices.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with parallel computing, scripting (Python, Bash)

It would be a plus to have

• Knowledge of cloud-based HPC platforms (e.g., AWS ParallelCluser, Azure CycleCloud, Google Cloud HPC)
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems
• Experience with automation of simulation pipelines using CI/CD
• Familiarity with CAD software
