Job Description and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Lead the IT PLM Team: Oversee architecture, development, and operations of the PLM system landscape.
• Drive Technological Advancement: Build and maintain an integrated IT environment for the entire product lifecycle.
• Application and System Integration:
• CRM and SRM Systems: Ensure seamless integration and data quality.
• Technical Product Costing: Implement and support costing tools.
• Project Management Tools: Select and integrate modern PM solutions.
• Technological Focus:
• Develop solutions based on graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) to model complex product and process relationships.
• Handle data modeling, API integration, and performance optimization.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business units, suppliers, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT architecture and PLM systems.
• Knowledge of CRM, SRM, and costing systems.
• Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of graph databases and their application.
• Experience in data integration, interfaces, and cloud technologies.
• Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
