Job Description and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Develop and provide functional and technical expertise for HR solutions and SuccessFactors competency SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Goals etc
• Working closely with our payroll department administering data changes as required
• Work with key stakeholders to define scope, timescales, quality, approach to business change and engagement, handover criteria and the benefits realisation plan
• Apply and facilitate execution of HRMS policies & processesManagement of and participation in various projects (e.g., development of new business processes in cooperation with departments within the PWO group)
• Project controlling as well as managing implementation projects with the help of agile methods
• Developing Concepts for Solutions as part of a team and coordinating with specialist departments, taking into account economic and technical aspects
• Consulting, supporting and training departments on business process and IT application topics
• Coordination and administration of an IT system in the role of system manager
• Establishing and performing regular communication between the system managers
• Continuous improvement and optimization of system-supported processes
• Designing, moderating, documenting and following up workshops in coordination with other departments
• Advising the leaders for all operative HR topics and the implementation of measures in line with the HR strategy and requirements towards the organization at the assigned area of responsibility
• Introduction and development of international HR standards (basis: group matrix
• Collaboration on IT governance topics (ITIL / ITSM / ISMS)

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience
• Strong know how in Payroll and Time management
• Experience in working in a shared service center
• Structured and independent way of working
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and strong knowledge in SAP
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
