This is
what you’ll do:

Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Sales and Service Cloud, advising stakeholders on best practices, business process optimization, and system capabilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration in SAP Sales and Service Cloud

Support the creation and enhancement of demo environments and process blueprints that highlight the capabilities of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud

Collaborate closely with Presales, Product, Partners, and Go-To Market teams to understand end-to-end demo requirements and tailor content to their needs

Provide input on integration scenarios with S/4HANA and other SAP CX components, supporting business alignment across platforms

Stay current with SAP product innovations, particularly within the Sales and Service Cloud portfolio, and advise on their business implications

Support the packaging of industry or use-case-specific content to accelerate customer adoption and value realization

Be on the cutting edge of the latest SAP technologies and solutions

What
are we looking for:

Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in both functional and technical areas of SAP Sales & Service Cloud / SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
Very good programming skills, specifically JavaScript and/or Java
Previous work experience integrating with other SAP modules/platforms (ECC, S4/HANA, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Platform, etc) using SAP Integration Suite
Strong understanding of Sales and Service flows
Proven ability to translate business requirements into application development and demo content
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with Business Stakeholders, Architects, and various teams across different time zones
A consistent drive for self-improvement and a curiosity for exploring new solutions and technologies
Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and hands-on experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) are consistent pluses
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, managing multiple tasks in parallel

Projekti su uglavnom u redu i klijenti su više nego fer. Srednji menadžment je na visokom nivou i potpuno je transparentan.

Zamerke

Novi viši menadžment je katasrofa, nijedno obećanje koje su dali nije ispunjeno. Konstanto dolaze priče kako je kompanija stabilna ali je u krizi i da moramo svi da razumemo to. Povišice su nepostojeće već dve godine. Konstantno se prave ankete o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih koje verovatno niko ne gleda. Na poslednjem all hands sastanku rečeno nam je da je pravljeno istraživanje plata i da su naše plate veoma dobre i da nema potrebe da se žalimo na iste. Viši menadžment konstantno plasira priču kako AI može sve da nas zameni i pokazuje kako sve što mi radimo AI može da napravi mnogo brže. UIglavnom, trenutno je kompanija koju treba zaobići, nadam se da će biti bolje.
