Tegus Medical is a German-based company that was founded in 2019 with input from Physicians at the University Hospital of Hamburg. Together, we developed the Tegus camera system and video streaming platform which is a technological solution that allows Physicians to provide procedure support remotely from anywhere in the world. By empowering Physicians to share their skills in real-time, we aim to improve Physician's options and success rate during procedures, internal daily operations, and also sharing of knowledge and techniques to mentees and junior doctors.

Job Overview:
We seek an organized and detail-oriented Operations/Support Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and adoption of our products across various healthcare organizations. You will work closely with our client's internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of our product. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and experience in tracking and working on multiple open tasks, as well as a visible passion for driving successful product implementations.
Responsibilities:
Product Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end product implementation projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements and ensure client expectations are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive timely deployments.
Client Relations:
- Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and cooperate with the legal team.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions and product deployment via CRM.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and document preparation.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in organizing company events such as trade shows and conferences.
Continuous Improvement:
- Work on improving internal and client-facing procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- English language - Professional working proficiency
- Task management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in IT literacy, including the use of Google Suite and MS Office tools, familiarity with CRM systems, and a logical mindset that aids in understanding and navigating our IT systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within the healthcare industry or hospital
- Proficient in the German language
