Job description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of server infrastructure (Dell, Cisco UCS and HPE blade)
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Storage Area Network (NetApp, Hitachi storage devices and FC switches)
- Integration of server infrastructure into SAN
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of VMware-based virtual platform (ESXi/vCenter/NSX/VCD/VCDA)
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of other virtual platforms (Xen, Hyper-V) – optional
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server 2012+ servers and their built-in roles
- Operation and maintenance of PKI (Public/Private Key Infrastructure)
- Configuration and maintenance of Citrix Netscaler – optional
- Windows and Linux based scripting (Powershell, bash, bsh)
- Proactive monitoring of infrastructure and identifying potential problems (bottlenecks, misconfigurations)
- Infrastructure security maintenance and probing on regular basis
- Infrastructure operations automatization
- Infrastructure support for our clients
- Infrastructure support for all company teams
- Compiling and producing technical documentation for all infrastructure layers
Requirements
- More than 3 years of work experience in similar jobs
- Proven experience with Windows and Linux based scripting (Powershell, bash, bsh)
- Experience in working with automation tools
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware advanced level)
- Working experience with Linux CentOS (Rocky), RedHat, Ubuntu
- Working experience with Windows Server (DNS, DHCP, ADDS, GPO, ADCS, ADFS, WSUS, WSFC, NPS, IIS)
- Proven experience with Dell server or other relevant vendor servers
- Proven experience with NetApp Storage, Hitachi VSP Storage or other relevant vendors
- Advanced experience with TCP/IP Networking
- Systematism and precision in work, experience in leading a team and performance management
- Proactive approach and providing solutions
- Organizational and mentoring skills

Super je okruženje. Dosta mogućnosti za napredovanje i učenje. Ljudi imaju znanje i žele da podele sa ostalim kolegama. Pozitivna atmosfera vlada u kancelariji. Moguć je rad od kuće ako se oko toga, sa šefom dogovori. Procedure nekad nisu definisane, ali kroz razgovor sa kolegama većina problema se definiše i razreši.
Zamerke
Kao i sve, nije savršeno, postoje zamerke, ali objektivno gledano najveća jeste možda nedostatak u organizovanju pojedinih taskova/projekata. Najčešće loše planirane aktivnosti vode ka rekurzivnim obavljanjem stvari, ponekad gubljenje vremena, ali opet mogućnost da se nauči iz grešaka
