Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Mid-Level Project Manager - iGaming Platform to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to lead new projects within our iGaming platform, with a strong focus on emerging markets. This role will involve overseeing project lifecycles, localizing content and optimizing product functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring and analysing the performance of the project.

As a Mid-Level Project Manager - iGaming Platform at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

• Project Planning & Budgeting: Participate in project planning, manage allocated resources and budgets.
• Project Execution: Initiate the processes, oversee implementation, monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Product Management: Manage project configurations, monitor product performance, manage testing, and optimize functionality.
• Collaboration: Act as liaison between teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Market Research: Conduct research on trends, technologies, and competitors.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, update the changelog, and provide project status updates.
• Task Management: Create, assign, track, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

Required skills:

• Software Project Management Experience: Familiar with Agile methodologies and proven technical knowledge.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Language: Advanced English is a must.
• Technical: Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com)

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the Spanish language
• Experience with Customer Management and Content Management systems
• Industry Experience: Knowledge of iGaming technologies is preferable, but not mandatory.
