Senior Frontend Developer (React, UX & Design)

TeleTrader d.o.o. is part of baha Group, a software company specialized in stock market data and financial analysis, offering a broad portfolio of tools for the processing, visualization and analysis of stock market data. As a global company, active on the international market and headquartered in Vienna, Austria, TeleTrader develops its software in Belgrade, while selling its products globally across Europe, North America, and Asia.

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React and a strong foundation in UX/UI design. You won’t just implement designs—you’ll help create them. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with product and design to define and deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of responsive, high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Design and iterate user interfaces directly in Figma, collaborating closely with product and design stakeholders
• Shape and maintain component libraries and design systems using tools like Storybook
• Own the UI/UX experience from design concept to polished implementation
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Mentor junior developers and uphold frontend coding standards
• Actively participate in Agile processes and product discovery

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Deep knowledge of React and the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
• Strong UX/UI design skills and experience working hands-on in Figma
• Experience with React Native for iOS and Android development
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL and secure authentication flows (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Proven experience building responsive, mobile-friendly web applications
• Experience with component-driven development and tools like Storybook
• Experience writing and maintaining unit/integration tests
• Attention to detail, pixel precision and empathy for the end user.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI architecture
• Knowledge of native mobile development workflows for iOS and Android
• Experience implementing or integrating with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or payment systems
