Software Support Specialist

As a Software Support Specialist in our Banking – Support – 1st Line team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our domestic payment solutions, with a particular focus on PUB systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer-reported issues related to banking software, ensuring timely communication and adherence to SLA commitments.
• Business Analysis – PUB Domestic Payments: Analyze customer requests and system behavior within the PUB domestic payments domain, identifying root causes and proposing tailored solutions.
• Knowledge Base Contribution: Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to enrich the team’s knowledge base and improve service quality.
• Testing & Verification: Design and execute test scenarios to validate fixes and simulate reported issues. Ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.

About you:

• You have obtained a University degree in Economics or another related field.
• You have hands-on experience with PUB domestic payments.
• You have proven ability to troubleshoot and support complex applications.
• You are familiar with banking regulations, especially in the areas of domestic payments.
• You have experience in software testing and scenario creation.
• You have working knowledge of SQL (advantage).
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and excellence.
