We are hiring a Support Analyst
Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office
Role description:
As a Support Analyst at Synechron, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s business processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and proactivity will be key in supporting Equities and Derivatives front desk teams. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working alongside a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 support by proactively addressing issues and requests from the EMEA Business Support channel.
- Utilize Windows administration skills, including DOS batch and PowerShell scripting, to resolve system-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Engage with market data products such as Reuters, Bloomberg, and ActivFinancial to support business operations effectively.
- Analyze and troubleshoot front-office issues, particularly related to Derivatives and SWAP products.
- Thrive in a fast-paced production support environment, prioritizing urgent tasks effectively and working independently without constant supervision.
Your profile:
- Familiarity with any system monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Nagios, Grafana, Splunk).
- Experience with market data products and front-office trading environments.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
