Technical Artist III

• Employment type: Full-time position through employment contract. 
• Requirement: Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia. 
• Work setup: Hybrid, connected to the local office in Belgrade  

At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re searching for talented Technical Artist based in Serbia who are passionate about creating and improving art production pipelines.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Artist you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between art and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements into our games. You will collaborate closely with our teams in Belgrade, while also contributing to international projects and cross-team initiatives. 

• Unity 3D, Photoshop, Jira, Github (or similar versioning software)
• Ability to complete varying levels of design implementation assignments that involve in-depth creative thinking and technical skills
• Develop and/or influence innovative solutions that enhance artistic direction
• Ability to mentor as well as take direction
• Ability to troubleshoot semi-complex design issues, providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Proficient in both graphic art and 3D software applications and 3D game engines
• Working knowledge of 3D techniques, optimization, shaders, particles and game art implementation
• Understanding of C# is helpful, but not required

What We're Looking For

• Understanding of casino games and the casino game industry
• Well versed working collaboratively on team projects or efficiently on individual projects
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and advanced prompting techniques to optimize technical art workflows and integrate generative solutions into production pipelines
• Exceptional communication skills.

Special Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able to obtain a Gaming License
• Security investigation
