We're seeking a Senior React Developer to join our team, focusing on migrating our technology stack to NextJS and fostering a culture of excellence. This role is designed for someone with extensive experience in NextJS and a knack for mentoring others, ready to dive deep into our codebase and lead significant parts of our tech roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting code reviews

  • Cooperating with backend teams

  • Migrating the iGaming platform built on Symfony/Twig/Vue to Next.js

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of front-end development experience

  • Proven production experience with Next.js (minimum 2 years)

  • Experience with React.js (minimum 2 years)

  • Extensive practical experience with testing, especially end-to-end (E2E) testing with Playwright or similar
  • Profound understanding of TypeScript (ES6+)

  • Exceptional proficiency in CSS and SASS

  • Knowledge of REST API interface

  • Proficient with Git version control

  • Competent in utilizing package managers like npm or yarn

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Docker

  • Experience with Gitlab CI/CD or any other CI/CD tools

  • Familiarity with Twig (Symfony template engine)

  • Experience with Vue.js v3

What our selection process looks like

 For Technical Positions

1. CV screening

2. Sending a test task to all candidates who passed to the next round of selection. The test task is created by the technical lead. The level of difficulty of the test and the period for which you need to complete the task corresponding to the level of knowledge and experience that is required for an open job position. The candidate always has the opportunity to refuse to complete the test task if his/her abilities do not correspond to it or he/she does not have enough time.

3. HR and technical interview in our office or online after successfully completing the test task.

4. The test task review for candidates who did not pass to the next round of selection is sent on request after closing the job position.

5. The final candidate receives an official job offer by email.

U timu analitike odjekuje toksičnost, ulizivanje menadžerkama, pasivna agresija, nećete dobiti pohvalu za trud dok ne pitate sami kako vam ide, ali ako pogrešite jednu sitnicu, onda će se okomiti na vas, čak i na obuci, nećete dobiti svojevremeni fidbek, ignorisaće vas na ozbiljne teme, svaka greška će se duplo plaćati, mikromenadžment, monitoring u sitnicama, pauza od sat vremena sa naznakom da ima "kolega" koji vredno rade, te odu jedva na desetak minuta. Lažna kolegijalnost u ukrajinskom timu, smeštanje grešaka već na obuci. Da li želite da vas neko snimi iza leđa na obuci i preti vam snimkom da ne radite nešto dobro ili želite da imate normalnog, psihički stabilnog menadžera koji će vam reći direktno koje su vaše greške? Menadžeri su lažno srdačni, demotivišuće nastrojeni, nemaju kvalitete za vođenje jednog takvog tima. Srećno!
