Odličan tim ljudi u beogradskoj kancelariji i sjajne kolege iz ostalih ofisa po svetu. Uvek spremni za pomoć i jako se ceni inicijativa. Sasvim lepa atmosfera na poslu iako na prvu ruku deluje da nije tako jer ljudi imaju jako puno posla. Rad od kuće je dozvoljen ukoliko to ne stvara posledice po projekat.
Zamerke kompaniji
Donekle nerešena pitanja oko službenih putovanja. Prate se procesi iz Rusije koji su jako stari i ponekad besmisleni.

Mogućnost rada od kuće, u zavisnosti od projekta i u dogovoru sa Project Leaderom.
Dobre kolege u Rusiji, koji hoće da vam prenesu znanje, i odlična atmosfera u Beogradskom office-u. Novo rukovodstvo u Srbiji od početka godine, i vrlo ozbiljni planovi za razvoj office-a. Radno vreme se poštuje, niko vas ne cima kad izađete iz office-a. Rad van radnog vremena (plaćen uvek) je samo ukoliko je planirani change.

Zbog brzine kojom se preuzimaju poslovi na novom account-u, ima problema sa tehničkom dokumentacijom i uputstvima. Kolege iz Rusije iako spremne da vam pomognu, neki put nemaju vremena, pa je potrebno da se sami snađete.

Izuzetan period, dinamičan i iskustveno bogat. Rad sa nekoliko stranih velikih klijenata, kolege iz Rusije, Kazana su izuzetni stručnjaci, spremni za saradnju, za pomoć bilo kakve vrste, deljenje informacija, upućivanje na kolege i slično, i svi su takvi, proaktivnost na visokom nivou. Vrlo dobro ustrojena podela posla, organizacija, vrlo efikasan rad, fantastična brzina u rešavanju problema. Sve u svemu sam izuzetno zadovoljan i ponosan što sam godinu dana bio deo takvog sistema.

ICL Services je ruska kompanija osnovana 1991. god. Ubrzo nakon njenog osnivanja deo ICL-a otkupljuje Fujitsu - Rusija kako bi se kasnije kompanija ICL 2007. god ponovo osamostalila.
